The controller of your data is the Ktoś, nie coś Foundation, Zielone Łąki 24/1, Zielonka, Poland (KRS 0000780130). We collect the data from this survey — your name, e-mail, the animal you chose, the amount and the certificate details — to link your payment to the adoption, issue and send the certificate and reply to you. The data is stored on our hosting provider’s server (OVH), and notifications go to the foundation’s mailbox run by Google; we do not share it with anyone else. We delete it automatically after one year, and you can ask us to delete it earlier at any time by writing to fundacja@ktosniecos.org.
