Information about data processing

The controller of your data is the Ktoś, nie coś Foundation, Zielone Łąki 24/1, Zielonka, Poland (KRS 0000780130). We process your e-mail address only to send you the newsletter, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); the same consent covers receiving messages by e-mail (Polish Electronic Communications Law). We also record the date, your IP address and the wording of the consent so that we can show that you gave it. You need to confirm your subscription with the link in our e-mail; unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 7 days. The data is stored on an OVH server and e-mails are sent through Google’s mail service — these are our processors; we do not share the data with anyone else. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in every e-mail — we then delete everything except your address and the date you unsubscribed, which stay on a block list so that we never send you anything again. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). For data matters, write to fundacja@ktosniecos.org. Details in our privacy policy (PL).
