Lucjan
Lucjan is the second-smallest billy goat, right after Tyciek. He always likes to stay incognito, and when people visit he keeps to the sidelines while keeping an eye on them the whole time. He has very distinguished markings, a white patch above his nose and impressive horns for such a small goat.

Small in body, big in spirit, Lucjan is Ktosiowo's greatest Romeo. Despite being castrated, he still chases after the nanny goats (mostly ones much taller than him).
He really dislikes his compulsory mani-pedi and always tries to hide.
